Business Beyond Borders Development Consultants is a leading facilitator of global trade connections, dedicated to matching exporters with quality importers across various industries. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
⦁ Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, ensuring timely responses.
⦁ Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
⦁ Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for meetings.
⦁ Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring the secure storage of sensitive information.
⦁ Process invoices, expense reports, and maintain financial records.
⦁ Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
Qualifications (Must have):
⦁ Proven experience for a minimum of 1 year in a similar administrative role.
⦁ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
⦁ Proficiency in verbal and written communication in Arabic & English, including the capability to draft and send business correspondence via email.
⦁ Proven ability to handle cold outgoing calls and initiate business conversations effectively.
⦁ Possesses a positive attitude and a proactive, can-do approach to challenges.
